Conference 2017 meets with acclaim

Conference 2017 themed Repositioning Risk Management has proven to be a great success. 124 delegates shared in 24 sessions covering six streams of risk related thought leadership, case studies, global trend assessment, research and modelling, and more. With five international speakers and a strong mix of sectors represented in the speaker line-up, the audience composition was a healthy mix of risk practitioners from many different organisations.

We are particularly pleased by the immediate feedback which has been highly complementary of the mix and standard of presenters, the venue, and the overall conference organisation.

“Many thanks for the opportunity to speak at the conference last week. It was an excellent event. Please pass on my thanks to the other organisers, who did a great job.”

“…. and WELL DONE YOU (and the team) for putting together such a FAB conference Sally!!”

“So appreciate your work on this - was really pleased personally with the opportunity to network and check out where things are at courtesy of such great speakers. I've also gained renewed enthusiasm and energy to apply the theme - both for the sector and in my business.”

Many conference presentations are available in the members only section of the RiskNZ website with the kind permission of our conference speakers. Click here.

A conference evaluation survey form is being emailed to all attendees so we can gather feedback to assist in shaping future RiskNZ events.

Special thanks are extended to the conference organising team:  Sally Pulley (convenor), Jane Rollin, Ross Wells, Gary Taylor, Stephen Hunt, Meg Jennings and the team at Paardekoopers. They have put in an enormous effort over recent weeks. But it’s been well worth the effort.
