Business continuity - are you really prepared?

Increasingly organisations are required to adhere to numerous business continuity regulatory requirements and international standards such as ISO22301 for business continuity management systems. But how do you ensure that you are complying, do you know where to begin and what the journey to the regulatory compliance should look like?

Join James Green, Principal Advisor Risk & Resiliency at SAI Global on Friday, 8 March in Wellington for an interactive tabletop simulation exercise, where he will take you on a scenario-based journey from start to finish.

You will learn,

  • Consideration and integration of multiple business continuity standards into your organisation – how international standards should be chosen wisely and integrated for your organisation
  • Do guidelines and standards make your organisation truly resilient
  • Ensuring true risk mitigation and resiliency in a regulated environment
  • Ensuring connection, communication and collaboration during a disaster
  • Handling privacy concerns during a disaster
