Notice is hereby given to all RiskNZ Members that the RiskNZ Annual General Meeting for 2021 will be held on Thursday 15 July.

All voting members are invited to submit motions for consideration by the Board, to the Secretary – [email protected] by 9am, Monday 17 May.

A finalised agenda and associated documents will be issued at a later date.

Date: Thursday 15 July 2021

Time: 12:00 – 2:00pm

At this stage, the Annual General Meeting will be delivered by webinar, however, more information will be communicated.

Members who are entitled to vote and wish to do so at the AGM, must make arrangements to attend. Corporate Members wishing to assign their vote to a Member of their Corporate, must provide the Secretary with the name of the person authorised to exercise their vote prior to the meeting. This can be done by email to [email protected]
