Risk and crisis management a case study

Friday 10 May 2019
8:00am - 9:00am
NZTA, Wellington

One of the keys to good risk management is having the capability to respond effectively when things go wrong. One of the tools that forms part of that capability is crisis management.  This session will present a brief case study on how good crisis management saved 469 lives and protected an organisation, it’s people and brand. We will explore how to apply the lessons from this case study can be applied to our organisations.

The session will be facilitated by David Thompson who is the Wellington Forum Lead for the Business Continuity Institute – Australasia Chapter.
