Kiwi app puts classrooms online after schools close due to coronavirus

A New Zealand tech company is helping more than 50 schools worldwide stay educated amidst shutdowns caused by coronavirus.

Government and education officials announced in February that schools in Hong Kong and Japan would close for a month. In Japan, this amounted to around 13 million students across the country staying home from school, according to statistics from the education ministry.
