Notice is hereby given to all RiskNZ Members that the RiskNZ Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025 will be held on Tuesday, 29th July 2025.
The AGM is a particularly important meeting this year because the Society needs to adopt a new Constitution under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 . The Board encourages all members to attend this meeting to participate in this key decision.
The AGM will be held online via a Zoom meeting. To receive a meeting invitation and Zoom meeting link please register by Monday 21st July using the following link:

All voting members are invited to submit motions for consideration by the Board to the Secretary ([email protected]) by 9am, Friday 30th May 2025.
A finalised agenda and associated documents will be issued at a later date.
Members who are entitled to vote and wish to do so at the AGM, must make arrangements to attend the meeting. Corporate Members wishing to assign their voting rights to a member of their Corporate must provide the Secretary with the name of the authorised person at least 5 working days prior to the meeting.
