A Direct & Practical Approach to Operational Risk with Des Allen

Lunchtime Seminar 23rd October 2024

This webinar is about looking at Operational Risk “in the eye” and learning how to take a practical approach to identifying and approaching the situations and circumstances that constantly plague management and “keep them awake at night”. It is not about what you should or shouldn’t do.

We wish to show how to get back to Business Basics and how you can quickly cut through all the political meandering and correctness to see what is Working Well and What is Not.

Knowing this makes decision-making easier and enables more effective use of resources because you know where to focus the energies and resources to replicate what works and to correct what doesn’t.

The Webinar will cover:

Improved Decision-making: Through real-time insights and up-to-date information.

Cost Saving: By easily identifying Unwarranted financial drains and Why they exist.

Increasing Productivity: By knowing specifically what areas are at risk through disengagement what is required to re-engage.

Enhanced Employee Engagement:By understanding employee challenges that disrupt their performance and threaten KPI’s.

Communication and Collaboration: How to develop Trust andfoster Open Communication.

Strategic Alignment: Know where and why Company Core Values are misaligned with workforce standards and values, resulting in dissatisfaction and disengagement.
