Would-be property purchasers pinning their hopes on a revamp of the Resource Management Act (RMA) are likely to be disappointed, it has been warned.
The Government on Wednesday outlined its plans for reform of the planning regime, saying the new laws will make it easier for councils to plan more effectively, hopefully reducing the cost of building a new home.
