Next Steps – Voting
On Monday 13 December 2021, you will receive an email from our secure online election and voting platform, Election Runner.
The email will have your unique Voter ID and Voter Key. Please use these to login to Election Runner and cast your vote.
Voting will be open until 5pm on Friday 21 January 2022, but we encourage you to cast your vote before the Christmas break.
All of the candidate profiles will be shown in Election Runner so you can login, read the information about each candidate and then vote, all in one session.
Elections Procedure
Our Constitution sets the rules for the election. A new Constitution was adopted at the 2019 AGM, and this introduced some changes from how the elections have been conducted before.
RiskNZ Members registered to vote will receive voting links to cast their vote in the email attached to them in the RiskNZ Member Registry.
In the case of a Corporate Member, only the individual recorded as the Authorised Representative of the Member will receive the voting link.
For integrity and security reasons, the voting links received on emails are the only way to vote in the elections. Voting will not take place on the RiskNZ website.
Candidate information will be published within the members area of the RiskNZ website and will remain accessible throughout the voting process.
Candidate information will also be accessible when members click on the voting link that they will receive on their emails.
