Risk in Uncertainty

Organisations that build adaptive capacity and embrace uncertainty will outperform those who try to avoid or suppress it.

Most risk management techniques focus on known and knowable risks. The nature of our complex and uncertain world is that unknowable risks are becoming more prevalent. If we only rely on crisis management then we will lurch from crisis to crisis.

AGLX has developed the Integrated Risk Framework that addresses probable, possible, and plausible risks and provides a basis for authentic action in each area. Integrated Risk Management is about managing risk across the business and ensuring that the approach is coherent and comprehensive.

This workshop is for risk managers and senior executives who want to build on their current capability and learn tools and techniques that will help them guide their organisation through uncertainty and complexity.

We will demonstrate tools and techniques that have been designed and tested by people working in highly complex, high consequence environments.
